To date, I have successfully completed the following type of documents: Notarizations, Mortgage Refinances, Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), Loan Modifications, Seller and Buyer loan documents, Loan Applications, and Deed signings. My hours of availability: Monday – Friday 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sunday (available upon request).

When working with my company I assure the following:
• Attention to details and crossing checking all documents to ensure accuracy.
• If requested, SCANBACKS will be emailed within two (2) hours of signing completion.
• Documents dropped with the requested carrier within the same day if they are open. If not, they will be dropped the following day within two (2) hours of opening.
• In the event of a problem with documents, I will go back to the signers at no additional charge to the title and/or signing company.
