I chose to begin training as a Signing Agent with the National Notary Association (NNA), but felt additional training was needed beyond that so I then contacted Notary2Pro. The Notary2Pro Signing Agent certification was very thorough and absolutely made me feel more confident. I have E & O insurance $100,000 and a current background check which is all available on “Our Records”.
I am a people person and have always tried to provide excellent customer service, with a smile, in all my careers. Access to personal and financial information has always been maintained securely and has been a part of my responsibilities in all positions. I pride myself on being on time for appointments but if for any reason I am delayed, I will make sure I contact the Client to let them know and to check to make sure it does not impact their current time constraints or goals.
