I am committed to attention to details during the entire loan closing process.
This includes:
* All docs shipped out on time
* Borrower(s) printed copy (not double-side printed or emailed)
* Administration of Oath
* Signers recorded in logbook
* Notarizations performed in-person
* Respect for signers culture

I serve the entire Warren and Frederick County area. Areas outside of 100 miles I can do with 24 hour notice.

*I never force the signer to sign documents or provide legal advice
