Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Agent

I am a Notary for the Commonwealth of Virginia and loan signing agent who is National Notary Association certified, background screened, with E&O insured.

I’m available 7 days a week, between the hours 7:00 AM to 9: PM, willing to travel to most areas in NOVA. Service Areas include: Fairfax, Fairfax City, Falls Church City, Fauquier County, Loudoun County, Manassas City, Manassas Park City, and Prince William County. Other areas and time can be negotiated.

My goal with all signings from beginning to end is to make sure that it goes smoothly. By doing the following:

- Checking and preparing the documents
- Always arriving on-time, if running late will contact signer
- Being detailed-oriented
- Resolving mistakes, if any
- Delivering documents promptly
-Will not print docs double-sided
-Will provide the signer(s) a copy of the docs
-Will scan back as requested
-Will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closing finished by 4 PM
-Will not rush or pressure the signer(s) to sign or provide legal advice
-Will notarize at signing
-Will notarize only if I witness the signer(s) signing the docs

I’m also available for the following:
-Willing to Recording docs with Clerk of Court

Willing to go to the following facilities:
Hospitals, Rehabilitation, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, Independent Senior Complex, Transitional housing, doctor Office/Complex, Jails/Detention Center, Prison\ICE, Schools, and House of Worship.
