I am a NNA and LSS certified signing agent. I am very detailed and accurate in making sure the necessary forms are signed and filled out ( e. g., PCORs and others) and notarized properly. I will travel up to 150 miles away from my home. I actually work out of two homes. In addition, as an active License Realtor since 1995, I have over 25 years of real estate experience and sat in on 100s of closings. Furthermore, I am very patient with helping and working clients through the loan signing process.
