I am a 70 year old healthy man who recently retired from the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice where I served as a Senior Probation Officer. I have a B.S. degree from Christopher Newport University with a major in Governmental Administration. As of the writing of this profile during March of 2021 I have completed more than 700 closings. The majority of the closings were re-finances. I have also completed reverse mortgages, pre disclosures, new purchases, loan modifications, debt resolutions, HELOCs and quit claims. All transactions were done on time as directed. I always complete my assignments as instructed and return the documents quickly. I am a Certified Notary Agent with the National Notary Association, and have a completed background check along with my current E and O insurance policy on file.

I reside in Gloucester County Virginia. My preferred area of service includes the following localities: Gloucester, Mathews, Middlesex, Lancaster, Northumberland, Essex, King and Queen, King William, York, and James City. I will also be happy to drive to the Town of West Point, Williamsburg, Newport News and Hampton. Other localities will be considered on a case by case basis.
