I have been a notary public for 12 years in the local Office Supply store and while I am new to becoming a signing agent I have notarized a couple thousand documents in those years. These vary from loan, mortgage, real estate closings and POA to wills, divorce papers, and just about everything in between. I have also made numerous house calls over the years. I was born, raised and currently reside in Gloucester, VA and am familiar with the surrounding counties and cities which I will serve. These include but are not limited to Lancaster, Mathews, Middlesex, Essex, King and Queen, King William, Sussex, Gloucester, West Point, New Kent, Surry, James, Williamsburg, York, Poquoson, Newport News, and Hampton. Outlying areas will be considered on a case by case basis. For concerned clients, I have also been vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus. Vaccine card can be shown or emailed upon request.
