I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent with NNA and background screened. I carry $100,000 E&O insurance. I am seeking loan signing assignments. Transactions I am interested in: Buyer/Seller Transactions, Reverse Mortgages, Refinancing Loans, Loan modifications, and HELOCs. My goal is to leave borrowers with a positive signing experience. I am very detail-oriented, I will meticulously review the documents to ensure that every form included in the loan package, such as the PCOR and Statement of Information, are filled out. I will also double-check important documents such as the Right to Cancel Notice and 1003 are properly filled out. I will also double check while at the signing to make sure that every document that needs notarization is notarized, and every document that needs to be signed has a signature. Once the signing is complete, I will return documents as soon as possible either via FedEx or UPS. I am knowledgable of the FedEx and UPS drop off times. If scan backs are required, I will provide those back timely as well and keep you informed throughout the whole process. If however, in a rare occurrence a mistake is made or I miss a signature, date, and/or initial I will fix the mistake immediately. I will contact you immediately to see how I can remedy the issue.
