I am an NNA certified and background screened notary with 9+ years of experience having recently added Remote Online Notarization and Loan Signing to my list of skills. With my corporate background, I understand "time is money" and to always present myself in a professional manner.

Through training and mentorship, I understand the important nuances of the loan signing process such as:
*Arrive on time to the appointment
*Follow directions provided in the loan package
*Complete scanback as requested
*Provide the signer with a copy of the docs
*Will not engage in the unauthorized practice of law
*All printed documents will be one-sided

I service Richmond City, Chesterfield, Henrico and Powhatan counties and my travel preference is 50 miles roundtrip or less. I am NNA Certified and Background screened with a weekday availability of available M-F 5:30pm - 8pm and Weekends/Holiday 9am - 8pm.

I have experience notarizing real estate documents while conducting general notary work. Most recently, the types of documents I've completed have been loan modifications, seller's side signings and loan applications. I also execute 10 - 20 estate planning documents on a monthly basis quickly and error-free.

While not required, I maintain a notarial acts journal.

I try to remain flexible and am open to completing appointments outside of traditional working hours. I can also meet with the customer at a location of their choice.
