I now own my own business by doing notary signings, title underwriting, and title curative for various different real estate title companies. I am experienced in all types of real estate closing including: purchases, refinances, home equity lines of credits, RESPA signings, reverse mortgages, and loan modifications. I have my title insurance license and notary commissions in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. I am available for closing 6 days a week from 8am to 8pm.
