    I'm a full-time Notary Signing Agent (NSA) and I’ve also been a Realtor in Northern Virginia since 2000. For the last 3-years, I worked at Notarize (Oct 2019 - Oct 2022) preparing lender/title docs for RON, which turned out to be on-the-job training for a notary/loan signing agent. I also recently completed the Loan Signing System (LSS) Certification on 7/20/2022 in order to learn best practices when presenting the closing documents to the signer(s).

    Please Note: I indicated that I do not have a dual tray laser printer because I am currently only performing closings through any of the following RON platforms:

    BlueNotary (biometric option available in lieu of KBA if needed)

    I am available every day from 4AM – 7PM EST for your closings and RUSH assignments are no problem since I’m virtual.
