I am both NNA Certified, as well as a Certified Signing Agent through the Loan Signing System. I have taken the time to make myself knowledgeable of all loan documents from Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, HELOCs, Sellers packages and more so that I can walk signers through the documents and make sure they are signing, initialing, and dating in the correct places. My goal is to make sure they are confident of what they are signing. I believe in communication and keeping everyone informed of the process from confirmation to drop off. I am available 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays. I have a dual tray laser printer and a mobile scanner. I will drive up to 2 hours away for an appointment. If there is ever an instance where a mistake is made, I will do everything within my power to correct the error ASAP.
