I'm a NNA Certified Signing Agent that understands that missed signatures and mistakes can cause delayed closings. I am also certified through the Loan Signing System (LSS). I make sure all forms are filled out correctly (i.e, Statement of Information, Trust certification, etc.). I always make sure the borrower initials any corrections or if the NRTC lines are blank, I'll have the borrower fill in the dates. I always make sure the Top signature on the 1003 is completed. I have been a Realtor for 18+ years and have a firm handle on the execution of the paperwork. During the pandemic, before becoming a signing agent, I walked clients through their closing due to in-person signings not being performed. I also believe in education.
