Strive to ensure all parties in the transactions have an exceptional experience by observing the following: notarize, date and witness signatures on all documents, immediately confirm appointment with signers via call, voicemail, or email, arrive on time for each appointment and communicate with signers if delayed; always print two (2) sets of single-sided documents using a dual tray laser printer; provide scan backs as required; use Adobe Pro to ensure correct page size with no cut offs; advise interested parties of closing status via app, email, or phone call; drop documents on same day for closings completed before 5:00 PM; scan/upload documents for closings after 5:00 p.m. in order to address funding requirements, notarize only if I witness the required signers sign the documents, signers are never rushed or pressured during the appointment; legal advice is never provided, but time is allowed for borrower inquiries to title/lender; allow reasonable time between appointments to factor traffic, longer appointments, etc., wear mask and gloves upon request, Travel within 40-mile radius. Hours 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday. Flexibility with dates, location, and times for urgent matters.
