I have been a Notary Public off and on for 40 years, in Florida and in Virginia. I also was a FL Real Estate Broker and Association Mgr for many years. Real Estate Contracts, Closing procedures and Loan documents are nothing new to me. I am currently working a full-time position; as soon as I prove myself as a signing agent during my off hours, my Signing Agent Hours will expand to full-time. I successfully completed NNA Notary Essentials #3089 and NNA Signing Agent training and certification.
