As a certified notary with over 14 years of experience in the Commonwealth of Virginia; as well as, previous licensure held in Pennsylvania I have served my as a mobile notary since 2020 assisting local closing, title and settlement agents/attorneys with refinance, purchase, seller packages etc.. My experience was gained through previous and current work experience in the fields of real estate and working for a title insurance agent directly in the past preparing closing packages for transactions ranging from new construction, resale, estates; as well as, lien research and lien release submissions. I am also a license Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Virginia; therefore, I only provide services for transactions which I am not involved.
