My name is Sara Seeterlin and I am a certified loan signing agent since 03/2023. Since then I have gained much experience with loan closings in a professional setting. I have a Bachelors of Science from Virginia Tech. For the last 20 years I have also been the financial manager and partner in a general contractor construction company. During this time I managed the financial books including filing monthly, quarterly and yearly payroll tax requirements. I was responsible for obtaining tax and insurance requirements for over 75 subcontractors, also ensuring that all contractors kept their policies up to date. I was also responsible for gathering and organizing all documents needed for our yearly workers compensation insurance audit, as well as meeting with the auditor to review our financials. I currently serve as Treasurer for a local non-profit organization. I take an enormous amount of pride in my work. My time as a financial manager has instilled in me a great attention to detail and trained me to always double check my work. I am professional, organized, and punctual.
