I am a member of the National Notary Association (Certified and Background Screened), Loan Signing System Certified, and I carry Errors and Omission Insurance of 100K. In addition to providing general notary work and wedding officiant servicesm I perform mortgage loan signings.

I communicate with borrowers prior to the appointment and I arrive at all appointments with time to spare. I provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents, scan back if requested, and drop documents on time for next-day delivery for all closings finished by 4 PM.

I am confident in my ability to walk borrowers through loan documents, making sure they write legibly and initial where needed. I ensure that all documents are completely filled in and that no signatures are missed. I do not rush or pressure the signers to sign, provide legal advice, or print documents double-sided.

I do have the ability to execute notarial acts, follow the law and lender instructions to ensure the loan closes on time.
