There’s no way to hide it—I’m new at being a signing agent. I am a highly service-minded professional with 18 years of experience in the U.S. Army and as a Healthcare Administrator. I have maintained success by these core values: attention to detail, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and computer and technical literacy.

Printing large packages, same-day drop-offs, and scanning documents back to the client for review isn’t a problem. I welcome it and have invested in a fast two-drawer laser printer and high-speed document scanner. Both in training and on my own, I have reviewed documents for refinancing loans, home equity loans, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, etc. I will always respond promptly to requests. I will not be reluctant to ask questions, and I am open to feedback.
