Hello, my name is Arshelle Bebbs and I own Official Notary Business based in Chesterfield, VA. I was born and raised in Richmond, VA where I graduated from Huguenot High School and I attended Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) for Fashion Merchandising in Atlanta, GA. I worked as a bartender for over nine years and filled many Customer Service and Management positions from the time I was in high school up until I had my daughter in 2018.

After becoming a mom, my entire perspective on life completely changed. I started to think on a more lucrative level, but with longevity. I was tired of working for others, meeting unreasonable demands, and sacrificing unappreciated time for companies who only saw me as a number. From that point forward, I started to put my all into my business and I got serious about creating a great future for my child.

The thought of being a Notary Public was first introduced when I took an interest in learning more about Real Estate. I realized how pivotal the role of a Notary Public and Signing Agent was, and after doing thorough research, I felt this was a great career choice that would allow me to not only make more money, but give me flexibility for my family and my business. I am now a Notary Signing Agent and member of the National Notary Association. Although I am fairly new in the Notary Public industry, I have completed sufficient amounts of training and I will continue to strengthen my knowledge and experience within this industry. I will also remain knowledgeable about the Codes of Conduct, new laws, and the responsibilities of a Signing Agent's participation in all legal notarial acts to assure that I am exceeding expectations and acting with professionalism at all times.
