My name is Tomeca Bynum. I am the owner and operator of TB Notary Services. I have been commissioned as a Notary since 2009. I became a Loan Signing Agent as well as a certified Remote Online Notary since October 2020. I have been notarizing various documents since commissioned. I worked in property management for fifteen years and have been a license realtor for six years, so I am remarkably familiar with legal documents. Currently, I am the preferred notary for the City of Hopewell located in Virginia. I have a master’s degree in Business Administration. I have excellent customer service skills. I always work with a smile on my face and I am a good listener. My experience with property management has afforded me the opportunity to encounter a diverse community. I have learned how to interact with people on all levels. My current position as the HR Liaison for my department with the City of Hopewell helps me keep my customer service skills sharp. Not only do I have a chance to connect with employees I also assist citizens daily.
