Services I will handle professionally:
• Arrive to appointments on time and will contact the singer if running late.
• Will not print documents double sided.
• Will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents.
• Will scanback as required.
• Will drop documents on time for next day delivery for all closing finished by 4pm.
• Will not rush or pressure the signer(s) to sign or provide legal advice.
• Will notarize at the signing.
• Will notarize only if we witness the signer signing the documents.
• Will review documents before and after the appointment to minimize funding delays.
• Will verify signer(s) ID Card prior to starting and during the signing of the documents.
