I am NNA certified, have excellent customer service skills, have exceptional organizational skills, mobile scanner, dual tray printer, will make any needed corrections @ no additional cost, regular in attendance (available 24/7), will arrive to appointments on time and will communicate to the signer if I am running late, will not print docs double sided, will provide signer with a copy of the docs, will scan back as requested, will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 4 pm, will not rush/pressure the signer to sign and/or provide legal advice, will notarize at the signing, will notarize only if I witness the signer signing the documents. I am available daily, will perform notarial acts in Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, VA.
