I understand how important it is to have a completely signed package in order for the funding to go through. I do my very best to not miss any dates, initials or signatures. I ensure that all necessary documents that need to be filled out are done so in the correct manner. In the chance that a mistake is made, I will immediately fix my errors and make sure the documents get sent back as soon as possible, even if that means me driving to the title company to drop the documents off. I also make sure to make it in time to the Fedex drop-off times to ensure the documents get back as soon as possibly for funding to go through. I cover Richmond, Petersburg, Chesterfield, Henrico, Charlottesville to name a few.
