Here is what you can expect from Dominion Loan Signing Services:

The borrower/seller can expect me to arrive at their scheduled signing promptly.

Clients are treated courteously and will have all documents presented to them in a concise and articulate manner to provide clarity.

Any questions that the client may have that fall outside of the legal parameters dictated by the State shall be forwarded to the loan officer in a timely manner.

Each document is thoroughly reviewed to ensure that all signatures, dates, and initials are complete, clear, accurate and properly filled out.

If, for any reason, an error is discovered, the error will be corrected immediately by me.

All documents will be returned promptly via FedEx or UPS once the signing has been completed and the loan officer will be kept apprised as to the status of the assignment until its completion.

My highest priority is to see that all assignments meet the expectations of all parties and are signings are completed expeditiously and with efficiency.
