Hello everyone. My name is Crystal and Im going to share a bit of my work history with you all. I started out at the age of 15 working at the Boys and Girls Club during the summer, under the Keystone Organization that Phillip Morris was funding, however funding for that program was cut and my coworkers and I was laid off. The following summer I started working at Hardees as a cashier and then I worked in the drive through until school started. Afterward, I decided that I wanted to focus more on school since I was in high school and I knew that those years was critical. Once I graduated, I started working for Advantastaff/Pre Con Production and I was there for a year or two and decided that I wanted to do Nursing. I went to school for CNA and Medical Technician, completed CPR Training and I worked in that field for four or five years before I sustained a back injury. That was a bummer for me because I could no longer help the elderly or mentally impaired due to my injury. So I started looking for other ways to service my community, and that lead me to call centers. I've worked in call centers for Medicare, Va Medicaid, New Jersey Medicaid, Express Scripts when that call center was open. While I maintained my position as a customer service representative, the call center work is very demanding and leave no room for me to take care other life issues. That lead me to research about becoming a Notary Signing Agent and now here I am. It is a honor to serve you all to the best of my abilities. I have my Notary Commission and I am NNA Certified. I can cover the Richmond City, VA area, as well as surrounding counties. I am also approved for e-notary as well. Thank you!
