I am an Independent Transaction Coordinator and have 13+ years handling the contract to close process of real estate closings. I am also a Notary and have been for 4 years. I average 30 closings a years as a TC so I am extremely familiar with the paper work that is required on both the buy and the sell side of the transaction. As a TC, I handle the following MLS's in Virginia; RVAR (Roanoke), LAR (Lynchburg) and CVAR (Richmond).

As a notary, I have completed signings for 5 closings. 2 buyers and 3 sellers.I am available to notarize signings in Lynchburg and surrounding areas as well as Richmond and surrounding areas.
