My hours or Services are: Monday – Saturday 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and I am available for last minute closings.

My professional background includes over thirty years of government customer service, and corporate positions. I am extremely detailed, professional and adhere all guidelines in the Virginia Handbook for Notaries.

I pay attention to the following details during the entire loan closing process.
This includes:
• Contact the borrower(s) within (2) two hours of notification of assignment
• Administration of Oath at each closing
• Signers recorded into notary journal, and signed
• Fill out and sign the Patriot ACT
• Borrower(s) are given a printed clean copy (not double sided or emailed)
• Only borrowers sign the NOTE
• Notarizations performed in-person at time of closing
• Act as an unbiased witness to the identity of the signature(s) of borrowers.
• Never force signer(s) to sign documents or provide legal advice
• Upon request scans are uploaded to portal before documents are shipped
• All documents are SHIPPED THE SAME DAY unless it is a late closing
• I have experience working with senior and individuals with disabilities
• Assist in taking Deed to County Courthouse for recording

I have conducted over 500 of the following types of closings:

Residential: Conventional, FHA, VA, HELOC, Loan Modifications, First time buyer’s packages, Debt Settlements, and Trailing Docs at real estate offices, title companies, borrower’s homes, churches, and model homes. I am also experienced in New Home Construction Builds.
