Completed a loan processor/officer course in 2004 and i am a real estate agent and hold a license for the state of Virginia (since 2006). I am a U.S. Citizen and Virginia resident. I am extremely dependable, detailed-oriented, prompt and I take my work very seriously. I have 16 years experience in loan signings and have completed over 5,000+ closings. I am available M-F 8 am to Noon & 2-5 pm and Saturday 8 am to 3 pm. Short notices are welcome. My fee for refinance closings (e-docs) is $115.00 for local areas up to 20 miles. Anything over 20 miles, add an additional fee of $20.00. For purchases (buyer's side) $150.00 (e-docs) and (seller's side only) $75.00 and both Buyer's/Sellers $225 (same location). For Spanish signings, please add an additional fee of $25.00. For full scans please add an additional $15. Thank you.
