Experienced with Buyer, Seller, Heloc, Refis, SBA, LLC, Commercial loans & files from multiple states including CA, TX, FL, CO, HI, NC, SC, VA, MD, DC, PA, TN, WA, OH, IL. Experienced with multi-million $ closings, as well POA and Trust closings, multiple files/parties & buyer/seller at the same table.

25 + years of corporate experience focused on client/public relations. Frequent communication is prioritized and understand the criticality of keeping all parties updated. Surveys & all Tax documents are signed; docs requiring information are completed. Instructions from SS/Title/Lender are printed/highlighted & confirmed for completion. Final Priority pick-up: FedEx 8:30pm / UPS 6:30pm.
