I specialize in Professional Mortgage Document Signings, Real Estate Loan Documents, Reverse Mortgages, HELOC, VA, and FHA. I have a background screened through the NNA and hold an E&O Policy through American Association of Notaries. I cover Northern VA Region to include Culpeper, Fauquier, Prince William, Spotsylvania, Caroline, King George, Stafford County and the cities of Fredericksburg, Manassas and Manassas Park. I am available for signings Monday-Saturday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. After hours signing is also available. I have had both COVID shots.
