I am fully vaccinated against Covid 19 but still take precautions and wear a mask if a client wishes. I have well over 4000 closings under my belt including purchases and transfers with all parties in the room and reverse mortgage closes. My fees are $150 per traveling refi assignment, 175 for 2 party transfers, and 175 for reverse mortgage assignments and 25$ for printing. We have some of the nations worst traffic, so please do not ask a notary to do much more than a courier service and pay them less. I am generally available with the exception of Saturday morning. All invoices must be paid within 30 days or a penalty of 25$ per month is agreed to as a condition of my acceptance of any assignment. I do not do assignments that require a presentation (eg. debt resolution) or for me to present myself as your employee. or mislead a client in any way. My base fee covers up to 30 miles from my house. Beyond that the charge is 2$ per mile (one way) Example 31 miles is $152. If asked to scan on a same day return that adds 25$ for the extra trip back to my house and time spent scanning.
