I am a knowledgeable and detail oriented person. I've had extensive training and I am confident in my abilities to execute a signing properly. I am both LSS certified, as well as NNA certified.

I like to double and triple check my work to ensure that no signatures, dates, initials, or stamps are missed. I understand the importance of documents like the Notice of Right to Cancel and I make an extra effort to make sure that those key documents are filled out properly.

In the event that a mistake is made, I will absolutely drop what I'm doing in order to fix that mistake as soon as possible.

I am timely and punctual. I will make sure that I am on time to the signing but if any conflicts arise, I will make sure to communicate with you and the borrower. Loan docs will be returned promptly and on time when the signing is completed. I am familiar with all of my local FedEx and UPS drop off times.
