I have more than twenty years experience within the real estate and construction/home building industry and have begun my fifth year as a Virginia Notary Public and NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent. I am familiar with all types of mortgage loan and other legal documents including debt settlement, wills, powers of attorney, medical directives and divorce and bankruptcy documents requiring notarization.
