I'm a notary/signing agent who was trained by national notary association plus trained under the loan signing system course given by Mark Wills well known notary signing agent trainer. I carry 100,000 worth of e & o insurance . I work in the Hampton roads area of Virginia i currently have 300 signings under my belt I have conducted reverse mortgage signings, refinances, loan modifications legal retainers, partial claims and buyer/seller signings. I have a portable scanner and printer that i travel with so i could have documents scanned back quickly. I can accept last minute orders and i am flexible for the borrowers.
