My name is Sparkle Edwards, and I am a commissioned Virginia Notary Public based in Suffolk, serving Suffolk, Portsmouth, and surrounding Hampton Roads communities.

My professional background includes healthcare care coordination, compliance reviews, and fraud investigations. These roles have strengthened my attention to detail, respect for confidentiality, and ability to help people feel comfortable while completing important paperwork.

I bring clear communication, patience, and professionalism to every appointment. Mobile and after-hours appointments are available by arrangement. I look forward to building lasting relationships with individuals, businesses, and signing services seeking dependable notary support.
