My name Jennifer Polk-Edward, I was born and raised in NY. The majority of my career was spent in the customer service field working in both the cable and insurance industry.

I was also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of NY. Since then I moved to Virginia and I am now re-building my career as a Notary Signing Agent. I have previous knowledge of real estate industry from obtaining my NY real estate license.

I'm currently a NNA Certified Notary licensed in the state of Virginia. The location I service is Virginia beach and surrounding areas. I have E&O insurance of 1Mil and I also have a clear background check through the National Notary Association. With my previous knowledge of real estate terms in addition to additional education to be a loan signing agent, I feel very capable of handle any job that comes my way with speed and accuracy.

I will arrive to appointments on time , provide scanbacks as requested, make sure all documents are mailed back in a timely manner, will only notarize at the signing and I will under no circumstances provide legal advice to the client.
