I go over each document thoroughly verifying dates, initials, stamps and signatures are completed and accurate, while adding a double check on the Notice of Right to cancel and any other documents that need to be filled out by the borrower.
I know my FedEx times and locations, so once the signing is completed, documents will be returned promptly while keeping you informed throughout the process.
In the rare case that a mistake is made, I will immediately correct.
