I am committed to providing exceptional service throughout the entire loan closing process. This includes ensuring that borrowers receive printed copies (never double-sided), sending scan backs to the title companies when requested and immediately dropping documents upon completion.

I meticulously handle document notarization, administer oaths, ensure only the appropriate parties sign the note, maintain accurate journal entries, and perform notarizations in person, always respecting the signers and their cultural preferences.

I complete and sign Patriot Act forms and understand that all documents are shipped out on time. I am available to perform closings outside of traditional working hours and on weekends. I am also willing to meet clients at their preferred locations, whether it be their home, a library, or a church.

I strictly adhere to the guidelines in the Virginia Handbook for Notaries and follow the National Notary Association’s standard of conduct. I never pressure signers or provide legal advice and consistently complete all required annual training for signing agents.
