This includes ensuring that borrowers receive printed copies (never double-sided) and scanned or emailed copies when requested. I meticulously handle document notarization, administer oaths, ensure only the appropriate parties sign the note, maintain accurate logbooks, and perform notarizations in person, always respecting the signers and their cultural preferences.

I complete and sign Patriot Act forms and guarantee that all documents are shipped on time. My services stand out because I am available to perform closings outside of traditional working hours and on weekends. I am also willing to meet clients at their preferred locations, whether it be their home, a library, or a church.

I strictly adhere to the guidelines in the Virginia Handbook for Notaries and follow the National Notary Association’s standard of conduct. I never pressure signers or provide legal advice. Additionally, I am NNA certified and consistently complete all required annual training for signing agents.
