I will drop documents for delivery on all closings completed by 4pm local time.
I will not rush or pressure the signer or provide legal/financial advice.
I will notarize all documents in the presence of the signer.
I will notarize if and when I witness the signer signing the documents.
I will maintain professionalism in my work and appearance.
I will communicate effectively with ease.
