With over 28 years in Mortgage Banking as a home loan consultant closing and funding both purchase and refinance loans of all types: conventional, government (FHA and Veteran Loans), home equity lines and construction loans, my experience with and understanding of all types of mortgage documents is vast and pertinent.

I currently hold license #278889 from National Mortgage Licensing System since its inception in 2009, which required an extensive and detailed background search. I am able to demonstrate an understanding of any federal regulation that pertains to the performance of signing services, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Tila, Respa, Facta and the USA Patriot.

Since 1987, I have been employed in the mortgage divisions of JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. I am certified by the National Notary Association and a member of Notary Rotary.
