(2023) Currently, I’m proud to announce that this my 13th year as a Signing Agent. Notarial services conducted are as follows: Refinance, Purchase, HELOC, Reverse Mortgage &Construction Loans. I offer additional services which include POA's and Last Will and Testaments for the ill and disabled. Collectively I've signed over 7500 loans signed successfully and provided at least 2000 other notarial services across the state of Virginia.
For my clients to receive nothing but the best, I've become qualified to receive any and all signings. As of March 2017, I became certified to perform eNotarizations globally, based in the state of Virginia. I am E&O insured and certified by the NNA/AAN, along with a passing background check, provided by the NNA. In addition, I've completed and passed all Notary Exams that I could find.

I cover all areas of Hampton Roads and the surrounding areas. My main goal is to deliver prompt and professional service with every signing. Last minute services are also provided, for an additional fee.
