Due to servicing location, i can only provide signings on saturdays and sundays. I am not available during normal business hours (8am-6pm) since i have a full time job in the washington dc area, distance and scheduling will not permit me to leave for a day time signing and week day evening signing are just not feasible because of traffic conditions in this metro area, sorry. \ documents for signing must be in my hands 24-hours before signing. I am a very honest notary and abide by all the rules and laws of the commonwealth of virginia when performing my notary duties.
