I am a Notary Signing Agent. I completed my training through Notary2Pro w/TRID and Reverse Mortgage Certification in 2016. These certifications compliment my tax preparation service by allowing me to offer additional services to my customers and assist Signing/Title Companies with closing documents. My skills and 21 years of experience as a tax preparer has helped me to understand how important it is to handle sensitive financial data in the proper manner and to make sure all documents are completed correctly. It is part of my job to provide due diligence in the handling and executing sensitive documents. One thing I must add is that I will not except last minute assignments. I require documents to reach me at least 24 hours before scheduled appointments. My reasoning for this is that it can drastically affect the quality of work and can end with frustrated customers. I stake my reputation on quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction. I ask that all companies requesting work from me to please respect this as it affects myself, the customer, you and the mortgage companies. It can lead to re-signs and delays in the closing process.

These are my minimum fees. Please do not contact me with an attempt to pay less then my minimum as my prices are set to cover the cost and fees I incur to do my job.
