I thoroughly review each document including the Deed of Trust, Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, Affidavits, etc., to ensure that signatures, dates, initials and notarizations are properly completed. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will address it immediately with no excuses. I believe that communication is king and will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
