I am a Commonwealth of Virginia Mobile Notary and Signing Agent available for loan signings and notarizations. I have completed several loan signings and I am very familiar with real estate loan documents. I am a background screened member of the National Notary Association, carry E&O insurance, have a fax machine and am capable of handling edocs with a laser printer.

I am available to serve the entire Northern Virginia area, which includes Prince William, Fairfax and Stafford counties as well as the independent cities of Alexandria and Falls Church.
