For the past five years, I’ve worked in property management as a Leasing Professional, where I process an average of 6–8 rental applications per month. My responsibilities include collecting Protected Personal Information (PPI), conducting background checks, and managing security deposits—all while ensuring a smooth and respectful experience for applicants.
I offer flexible availability, including after-hours signings from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. for clients who are unable to meet during standard business hours.
Over the past 20 years, I have also personally purchased and sold multiple homes, and completed a range of loan transactions—including VA, Conventional, and Refinance loans—which has given me valuable insight into the lending and real estate processes from the client’s perspective.
