My name is Yaw Akenten. I had worked at Ghana Commercial Bank for seven years as a Certified Mobile Notary Signing Agent. In that position, I was tasked with handling the execution of notarization of mortgage, refinancing, and real estate transactions. I accepted loan signing assignments via email or phone, reviewed closing documents for accuracy in names, addresses and legal information. Also, I make sure that the borrower has signed, initialed, and dated the documents in all the appropriate places. With my own transportation I met borrowers at their homes and offices, described the general purpose of the loan documents.
