I am a Certified Signing Agent thru National Notary Association. I have experience with standard closings including refinances, construction loans, 1031, reverse mortgage, standard and reverse mortgage applications, POA closings, debt resolutions, car loans as well as medical and legal documents. I have extensive real estate experience as I have been a VA and NC real estate broker for many years, taught at a real estate school and ran a large real estate office while living in Hampton Roads. During that time I served as a Virginia Notary. I have since relocated to Woodlawn VA and have decided to concentrate on being a notary. My real estate experience has given me a lot of experience in closing documents, the importance of attention to detail and working with both clients and customers in a professional and cordial way.
